Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are shipped within 3-5 business day. Items are shipped through the UPS.
Shipping rates are based on location and product weight.
Tracking numbers will be e-mailed with the shipping confirmation, and tracking can be done directly on the UPS website at www.UPS.com/tracking.
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address. Shipping will not be refunded.
Please e-mail email@example.com to initiate a return. We will gladly accept a product that is unopened or damaged within 14-days of delivery of your order.
For online orders, you may return for a full refund by shipping back your merchandise within 14 days of delivery of your order. These may be shipped back to:

At this time prepaid return labels are not available.
Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your return to process your refund.

All items purchased during a sale are FINAL. All sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned for either a store credit or refund.
